At Medly, we combine free, same-day prescription delivery with expert, always-on customer care to communities throughout the nation. Our employees work to provide accessible and personalized care, to each of our patients, and to extend that care beyond the doctor’s office.
One key team that always keeps patient care in mind is our patient experience team. They are often the first responders in helping patients navigate their prescription journey.

In my free time, I love to longboard and play Pokemon Go. I also enjoy crime podcasts and turtles!
I want to make a difference in society. Medicine plays an important role, and I want to be a part of something that will leave a lasting impact on people’s lives.
I am a Patient Experience Specialist. That means I do everything I can to provide the best experience to Medly customers by making sure that our patients prescriptions get to them with ease.
I feel better when I am making a difference and assisting people. With Medly, it gives me the perfect opportunity to do so. It’s rewarding being an advocate for our patients to get their prescriptions delivered as soon as they need them.
Each department works a bit of magic in their own way. For a pharmacy to be able to deliver around our patient’s schedule, find the best prices possible, communicate with doctors offices, and give fast and friendly service seems too good to be true. But because I am a part of the Medly team, I know all of these qualities are true.
Medly truly cares! From my fellow PX team mates, to my supervisors, HR, and the other departments located across the country, everyone cares for the success of each other and our patients. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been a privilege to work with and a great support with any assistance I have needed.
Besides making sure our patients are taken care of, I love the interaction I have with my coworkers as well as the healthcare knowledge I am constantly gaining.
I recently had a patient who was concerned that an important medication was going to cost her over $500. When I told her we were able to search for coupons to get her the lowest price possible, she was shocked, and started to cry. I felt her emotions very strong over the phone! It took her a moment to gain her composure but was so thankful to our team. There is nothing more rewarding than experiencing that!
